Scoopit collates all my Crime Drama links on the internet. It forms the basis of my research. Scoopit is interactive so it makes suggestions about crime drama progeammes. Using Scoopit! I collected data on a number of tv crime drama programmes.
One of the most useful for researching more traditional crime drama is the BFI Screenonline site. I decided to start by looking at how more traditional crime drama progammes function, such as police drama, using the link for Inspector Morse to read about it then following up by looking at Lewis using YouTube.

I used scoop-it to lay down the foundation on my search, It is an interactive website which gives suggestions of TV crime dramas I could use and allows me to collate them in one place and read about them with a simple click.
The BFI page is a good start for investigating the crime drama TV genre. I looked and Inspector Morse opening title sequence on you tube and wrote about the codes and conventions as a base for more research of the genre. The web page is incredibly helpful and supplies me with links and quick information about specific TV Crime Dramas.
